People often try to quantify love because ambiguity and uncertainty in emotional dynamics can feel unsettling. But love isn’t math.

The truth is, love is shaped by different attachment styles, shifting brain chemistry, and unique ways of expressing affection. It’s far too nuanced to be ranked or measured.

If someone did discover an objective way to measure love, they’d be winning Nobel Prizes—not going viral on social media.

In the end, love is better navigated through honest communication, empathy, and mutual understanding—not through metrics or comparison.
