Dr. Kelly Powers, a respected Fox News medical contributor and accomplished surgeon, has died at age 45 following a courageous battle with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

She passed away on Sunday in New Jersey, according to an obituary posted by Holmdel Funeral Home. Born on May 13, 1979, in Yonkers, Powers built a distinguished career in both medicine and media. She earned degrees from Baruch College, the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and the University of San Francisco, and completed residencies at Georgetown and Boston University. Known for her expertise and empathy, she appeared regularly on Fox News, Fox Business, CNN, and CBS, becoming a trusted voice on public health issues.
