The world’s oldest person, who lived to 117, revealed the one thing she ate every day that helped her live so long

Only a few people live past the age of 100, and reaching 117 puts you in a class by yourself. Maria Branyas Morera, once hailed as the world’s oldest living person, died at the age of 117 years and 168 days.

 

Her longevity aroused global interest, but she also revealed what she believed contributed to her extraordinary lifespan. Among the many lifestyle aspects, one specific dietary item stood out in her regular routine: yogurt.
