Since conservative activist Charlie Kirk was tragically shot and killed on 10 September, many of his supporters have found ways to honor his memory.
Across social media, tributes have poured in, but one particular trend has quickly gained traction after a controversy involving Starbucks.
The movement began when a customer shared a video of themselves attempting to order Kirk’s favorite drink—a Mint Majesty tea with two honeys—while asking the barista to write his full name, “Charlie Kirk,” on the cup. The request was declined, with the employee stating they “can’t do political names,” and instead offering to write just “Charlie.”
This small moment sparked an online wave of supporters repeating the same order, treating the beverage as a symbolic tribute.
