Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Reveals NEW Name After Turning 19

Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, now 19, has filed legal paperwork to change her name to “Shiloh Jolie.” This decision aligns with her sisters, Zahara and Vivienne, who have also chosen to drop their father’s last name at times. On her 19th birthday, May 27, Shiloh submitted the paperwork, aiming to adopt her mother Angelina Jolie’s last name.

The name change is expected to be approved soon. Vivienne uses “Vivienne Jolie” publicly, and Zahara introduced herself as “Zahara Marley Jolie” at Spelman College.

Angelina and Brad Pitt’s ongoing legal disputes have significantly impacted the family. Their divorce, custody battles, and joint ownership issues over a French winery have been sources of tension. Allegations suggest Angelina might have influenced her children against Brad.

Public opinion on Angelina’s behavior is mixed, with some viewing her actions as vindictive, while others see her repeating patterns from her own turbulent childhood.

Despite criticisms, Angelina emphasizes being a caring mother, a value instilled by her own mother. Shiloh’s name change reflects her close bond with Angelina and her desire for an independent identity.
