Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

These Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents are a savory, cheesy, and utterly delicious appetizer or breakfast treat. A rich and flavorful filling of ground sausage, cream cheese, and shredded cheese is wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough and baked until golden brown. They’re incredibly easy to make and perfect for a party, a holiday breakfast, or a simple snack.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground sausage (breakfast, Italian, etc.) 1 pound
Shredded cheese of choice 1 cup
Cream cheese, softened 8 ounces
Refrigerated crescent rolls 2 cans
Pepper To taste

How To Make Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents:

  1. Step 1: Prep & Cook Sausage: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the ground sausage in a skillet until it is completely browned. Drain any excess fat and allow the sausage to cool slightly.
  2. Step 2: Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled ground sausage with the softened cream cheeseshredded cheese, and pepper. Stir until everything is completely combined.
  3. Step 3: Roll & Fill: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise. Spoon a small ball of the sausage mixture onto the widest end of each piece of dough.
