Pineapple Bake

This Pineapple Bake is a simple, sweet dessert that bakes crushed pineapple with a creamy, custard-like base, creating a tender and comforting treat reminiscent of a pineapple cobbler.

Ingredients:

Crushed pineapple with juice 1 can (20 oz)
Sugar 3/4 cup
Eggs 2
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
Vanilla 2 teaspoons
Butter, sliced into pats 1 1/2 tablespoons
Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

How To Make Pineapple Bake:

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prep Pan: Preheat oven to 350∘F (175∘C) and grease a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Mix until well combined.
