These Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls are a crispy, savory appetizer that transforms the classic sandwich into a portable treat, featuring seasoned ground beef, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted American cheese, all fried to a golden crisp.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Ground beef 1 pound
Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Butter 2 tablespoons
Yellow onion, chopped 1
Green bell pepper, chopped 1/2
Egg roll wrappers 24
American cheese, sliced 12
Vegetable oil 3/4 cup (for frying)

How To Make Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls:

  1. Step 1: Cook the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the 1 pound ground beef, breaking it apart as little as possible so that the meat is still in pea-sized chunks, until browned (5 to 7 minutes). Drain any excess grease. Add the 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Stir gently and remove the mixture from the pan.
