MY HUSBAND SAYS I LOOK “AWFUL, LIKE A MAN” BECAUSE OF MY NEW HAIRCUT.

I recently made a bold move and opted for a pixie cut, hoping to rid myself of negativity and start anew. I genuinely love the new style; it feels invigorating and empowering, and I’ve been enjoying the fresh look. However, my husband’s reaction was a complete letdown. He told me I looked “awful, like a man,” and even suggested that I should wear a wig until my hair grows back.

His harsh words have left me second-guessing my decision. I felt confident and liberated with my new haircut, but his disapproval has made me question whether I made a mistake. I was hoping this change would reflect my new outlook on life, but now I’m unsure if it’s worth standing by or if I should consider making another adjustment.

I’m torn between staying true to what makes me feel good and altering my look to please him. Is my haircut really as dreadful as he claims, or should I trust my own sense of style and confidence?
