My Husband Bought First Class Tickets for Himself and His Mom Leaving Me and the Kids in Economy – My Lesson to Him Was Harsh

My entitled husband booked first class for himself and his mom, leaving me in economy with the kids. I wasn’t about to let him enjoy his “luxury” without some turbulence.

I’m Sophie, and Clark, my workaholic husband, thought his job was the center of the universe. Meanwhile, I juggle parenting with no spa days. For our holiday trip, Clark booked the flights and I thought, “Great, one less thing to worry about.”

At the airport, I learned he’d upgraded himself and his mom to first class. “You and Mom are in first class, while I’m in economy with the kids?” I asked, stunned. He shrugged it off as no big deal.

As they enjoyed champagne, I quietly swiped Clark’s wallet from his carry-on. When Clark realized it was missing, his first-class luxury turned into a nightmare. I reveled in his discomfort as he begged for money in economy.

In the end, I enjoyed my flight while Clark’s first-class experience was thoroughly spoiled.
