Elvis loved the plane for over 35 years, and it was one of several private aircraft he owned, including the “Lisa Marie” Convair 880. After his death in 1977, the plane was abandoned and remained in Roswell, New Mexico, for over 30 years before being auctioned for $260,000. The interior still reflects his extravagant taste, with plush seating and a kitchenette. The plane evokes nostalgia for Elvis’s lifestyle and personal touches.
