Chilling Final Words Of Air India Pilot Moments Before Tragic Crash That Killed 265 Uncovered

An Air India flight crashed minutes after takeoff from Ahmedabad Airport on June 12, killing at least 265 people. The plane, headed to London Gatwick, reached only 625 feet before going down about four miles from the runway, reportedly hitting a medical college dorm.

There were 242 people onboard—mostly Indian and British nationals. One survivor, 40-year-old British citizen Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, was found. The pilots, Captain Sumeet Sabharwal and First Officer Clive Kunder, issued a mayday call, reporting engine failure:
“Mayday… no thrust, losing power, unable to lift.”

Air India called it a “tragic accident” and is assisting families and rescue teams. The cause is still under investigation.
