Bongino Calls Out Schiff Days Before Trump Appointed Him Deputy FBI Director

Dan Bongino called out Sen. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) on his podcast just days before being named FBI deputy director by President Trump. Bongino criticized Schiff’s role in the “Russia collusion hoax,” accusing officials of fabricating a damaging story. He vowed to uncover the truth, saying, “It can never happen again.”

Schiff, previously granted a pre-emptive pardon by former President Biden for his role in the Jan. 6 Committee, called the move “unnecessary” but did not reject it. The pardon covers any offenses related to the committee’s work. Meanwhile, committee leaders, including Reps. Bennie Thompson and Liz Cheney, defended their actions, claiming they upheld the law amid alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
