Ryder Wells, a resilient five-year-old from North Carolina, has faced extraordinary hardships. In 2015, during a family Thanksgiving visit, Ryder, then just 21 months old, suffered a devastating attack by two 100-pound rottweilers. The incident left him with severe injuries, including the loss of half his face, crushed teeth, a broken arm, and a punctured lung.

Against all odds, Ryder survived and has since undergone nearly 50 surgeries. Yet, instead of universal praise for his bravery, he often encounters cruel remarks and stares. His mother, Brittany, recounts heartbreaking experiences, such as children calling him a “monster” at the park.

Despite these trials, Ryder’s courage and determination continue to inspire everyone who hears his story.
