Wendy, 50, returned from a Hawaii vacation to find her neighbor Tom had dumped gravel on her beloved lawn. When he refused to fix it, she took matters into her own hands.
“I spent two weeks in Hawaii, only to find my lawn buried under gravel!” Wendy exclaimed. Tom, her rude neighbor, dismissed it, saying, “Needed space for my reno project. No biggie.”
Infuriated, Wendy took revenge by returning the gravel to Tom’s driveway. Despite his protests, she persisted, saying, “Just returning what’s rightfully yours.”
Wendy then escalated her plan. With friends, she “kidnapped” Tom’s prized gnome collection, photographing them around town. “Looks like your gnomes are having a blast!” she teased Tom, who remained stubborn.
The final blow came when Wendy had a mound of manure delivered to Tom’s yard. Defeated, he finally paid for the lawn damages. To celebrate, Wendy threw a neighborhood BBQ with Tom grilling, showcasing the gnome adventure photos. “Good fences make good neighbors,” she reminded him, satisfied with her well-earned victory.
