An Iran-linked hacking group has threatened to release a trove of emails allegedly stolen from close aides of former President Donald Trump, including longtime adviser Roger Stone and White House chief of staff Susie Wiles.
According to Reuters, the group, operating under the alias “Robert,” claims to possess around 100 gigabytes of email data tied to Trump’s 2024 campaign. The hackers have not yet disclosed the email contents or announced when they will be released.
The group also claims to have hacked accounts belonging to Trump attorney Lindsey Halligan and adult film actress Stormy Daniels, who made headlines for receiving a $130,000 nondisclosure payment regarding an alleged affair with Trump.
