Marble-Based Watering Spot for Bees

Give bees a safe place to drink with this easy project:

  1. Grab a shallow dish.

  2. Fill it with marbles.

  3. Add water—keep marble tops above the surface.

  4. Set it near flowers in a sunny spot.

Bees can safely land and sip without drowning. It’s a small, fun way to support pollinators and attract butterflies too! Just refill often and bring it inside when it freezes.
