I Paid for My Seat — I Refuse to Give It Up to a Spoiled Child

Sandra booked a window seat on a flight, but things took an unexpected turn when a crying 7-year-old girl beside her wanted to look outside. The girl’s father asked Sandra to switch seats, but she refused. He called her “immature,” and the girl continued to cry throughout the flight.

Later, a stewardess offered Sandra an upgrade to an empty business class seat in exchange for giving up her seat to the child. Sandra, stunned but willing, agreed. She moved to the more comfortable seat and felt it was a win-win: the child got the window seat, and Sandra got an upgrade. Sandra stood by her decision, believing she was right to keep her window seat, as she had paid for it.

Do you think Sandra was wrong?
