With Donald Trump securing the presidency for a second term, political tensions have escalated. In alignment with his “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) agenda, he has swiftly signed a series of executive orders—moves that have already sparked legal battles.
One of the most controversial orders came under scrutiny when a federal judge ruled against the Trump administration, directing it to reinstate health data that had been taken offline. This decision prompted a strong reaction from Elon Musk, the leader of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), who is now pushing for a sweeping effort to impeach federal judges.
Musk, using his social media platform X, called for immediate action in response to U.S. District Judge John Bates’ ruling. The judge had issued a temporary order requiring government health agencies to restore online data that had been removed following an executive order from President Trump, which prohibited federal endorsement of “gender ideology.”
